Grievance Redressal Process

Follow this 3-tier structure to lodge and escalate complaints for a fast resolution.

Step 1: Direct Resolution

We target resolving all direct complaints within 48 hours. Max turnaround: 15 days.

Step 2: SEBI SCORES Portal

If the grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction within 30 days, or if you do not receive a response, you can escalate the matter to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) via the SCORES web portal or mobile application.

Step 3: Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

Alternatively, you can initiate dispute resolution online through the SMART ODR Portal (Online Dispute Resolution Portal) which facilitates online conciliation and arbitration for resolving market disputes.
