Refund & Cancellation
- Refunds and cancellations, where applicable, are available only on a pro rata basis, depending on the nature and remaining duration of the subscribed service.
- Our research reports and model portfolios do not carry any assurance or guarantee of profit or returns; refund decisions are not linked to market performance or investment outcomes.
- Any approved refund will be adjusted for service duration already utilised and reasonable administrative costs.
