Most Important Terms & Conditions (MITC)
1. We Do Not Execute Trades
INVESTOGENIE is a Research Analyst firm only. We provide research reports and investment recommendations — we do not buy or sell stocks or securities on behalf of any client.
2. Fee Structure & Payment Terms
- Fees for individual clients and Hindu Undivided Families (HUF) are regulated by SEBI/RAASB.
- The maximum fee is ₹1,51,000 per year per family, covering all research services combined.
- This limit does not include applicable statutory or government charges.
- Fee limits do not apply to non-individual clients (companies, institutions) or accredited investors.
- Fees may be collected up to 1 year in advance.
- If you cancel your subscription early, you will receive a pro-rata refund for the unused period.

- CeFCoM (Centralized Fee Collection Mechanism via BSE Limited)
3. Centralized Fee Collection Mechanism (CeFCoM)
For added security, clients can choose to pay fees through CeFCoM, managed by BSE Limited — a SEBI-recognized body.
- Ensures your payment reaches only legitimate, SEBI-registered advisors
- Allows you to track and verify all payments made to research analysts
- Provides a safe and transparent payment process

4. No Guaranteed Returns
We are legally prohibited from offering or promising:
- Assured returns
- Guaranteed profits
- Fixed income from investments
- Risk-free investment schemes
Our research reports and recommendations are based on analysis and publicly available information. They do not guarantee any profit or protection from loss. Clients are advised to use their own judgment and consult a financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
5. Market Risk Disclaimer
- All investments carry the risk of partial or complete loss of capital.
- Past performance of any recommendation does not guarantee future results.
- Clients acting on our research reports do so at their own risk.
- We shall not be held liable or responsible for any financial loss arising from investment decisions based on our research.

- Trading account login or password
- Demat account credentials

Fraudsters frequently impersonate SEBI-registered firms like ours to cheat investors. Be alert. Common Scam Tactics:
- Fake WhatsApp Groups — You may receive unsolicited invitations to WhatsApp groups promising "VIP tips", "free courses", or "guaranteed returns". These are scams.
- Fake Profiles — Scammers create fake social media profiles pretending to be our representatives or market experts.
- Impersonation — Fraudsters may pose as SEBI officers, well-known CEOs, or public figures to gain your trust.
- Fake Testimonials — Fabricated success stories and screenshots are used to lure investors into paying money.

- Use only their official email and phone number listed on SEBI's website
- Never respond to investment advice from unknown or personal email IDs
