Information present in the material prepared by the Firm and on the website of the Firm shall not be considered as a recommendation or solicitation of an investment. Investors are responsible for their investment decisions and are responsible to validate all the information used to make the investment decision. Investor should understand that his/her investment decision is based on personal investment needs and risk tolerance, and information present in the material prepared by the Firm and on the website of the company is one among many other things that should be considered while making an investment decision. Investogenie focuses on delivering research reports and recommendations based on publicly available data, financial reports, and market conditions.
Investogenie provides Research Analyst services that include the publication of research reports, security analysis, and market insights. These services are delivered through various means, such as reports, newsletters, and digital platforms. Investogenie does not engage in executing transactions or managing individual portfolios, nor does it provide personalized advisory services like risk profiling or client-specific investment recommendations. All decisions based on Investogenie’s research are made solely by the client, and Investogenie assumes no responsibility for the outcomes of such decisions. The terms of use for Investogenie’s research services are governed by the agreements and disclosures made available to all clients, and Investogenie reserves the right to amend or update these terms as necessary.
No penalties/directions have been issued by SEBI under the SEBI Act or Regulations made there under against the Research Analyst relating to Research Analyst services.
There are no pending material litigations or legal proceedings, findings of inspections or investigations for which action has been taken or initiated by any regulatory authority against the Research Analyst or its employees.

Investogenie shall draw the client’s attention to the warnings, disclaimers in documents, advertising materials relating to an investment product/s which he/she/they is/are publishing in the research.
H. Standard Risk Factors as perceived by Research Analyst
- Investments in equities, derivatives and mutual funds are subject to market risks and there is no assurance or guarantee that the objective of the research will be achieved. The past performance does not indicate its future performance. There is no assurance that past performances will be repeated. Investors are not being offered any guaranteed or indicative returns.
- The performance of the research may be affected by changes in Government policies, general levels of interest rates and risks associated with trading volumes, liquidity and settlement systems in equity and debt markets.
- Investments in the research which the Clients have opted are subject to wide range of risks which inter alia also include but not limited to economic slow down, volatility & illiquidity of the stocks, poor corporate performance, economic policies, changes of Government and its policies, acts of God, acts of war, civil disturbance, sovereign action and /or such other acts/ circumstance beyond the control of Investogenie or any of its fellow subsidiaries.
- The names of the research do not in any manner indicate their prospects or returns. The performance in the equity research may be adversely affected by the performance of individual companies, changes in the market place and industry specific and macro-economic factors.
- Investments in debt instruments and other fixed income securities are subject to default risk, liquidity risk and interest rate risk. Interest rate risk results from changes in demand and supply for money and other macroeconomic factors and creates price changes in the value of the debt instruments.
- Engaging in securities lending is subject to risks related to fluctuations in collateral value / settlement/ liquidity/counter party.
- The research may use derivatives instruments like index futures, stock futures and options contracts, warrants, convertible securities, swap agreements or any other derivative instruments. Usage of derivatives will expose portfolio to certain risk inherent to such derivatives.
- The use of derivative requires a high degree of skill, diligence and expertise. Thus, derivatives are highly leveraged instruments. Small price movement in the underlying security could have a large impact on their value. Other risks in using derivatives include the risk of mis-pricing or improper valuation of derivatives and the inability of derivatives to correlate perfectly with underlying assets, rates and indices.

Grievance Redressal Mechanism
In case of any grievance / complaint, an investor may approach the concerned Research Analyst who shall strive to redress the grievance immediately, but not later than 21 days of the receipt of the grievance.
